Design partners · 2026

We're shaping v1 with a small group of operators.

NexliOne is past prototype but pre-scale. We're working with a select group of design partners — operators who help us shape early product direction through scoped access, clear rollout planning, and direct product feedback. If you're running an operation that fits the patterns below, send us a note.

01

What you get

  • Scoped early access — the modules and features needed for the agreed workflow.
  • Implementation planning — standard onboarding and connection scope documented in the design-partner agreement.
  • Direct product attention — a working channel with the team responsible for the product area in scope.
  • Roadmap feedback — your priorities inform planning, while final product decisions remain with NexliOne.
  • Partner terms — commercial terms documented in the design-partner agreement.
02

What we ask

  • Use a real workflow. The design partnership should focus on a real operating process, with data and users agreed in writing.
  • Regular feedback. A predictable cadence with the team building the modules you use.
  • Reference discussion. Optional, agreement-based reference participation if both sides approve it later.
  • Honest signal. When something is broken, slow, or confusing, tell us first. When something works, tell us why.

Who fits

We're a strong fit for operations like these.

  • Mid-market operators — 50 to 5,000 employees, real revenue, room to invest in the platform that runs them.
  • Systems already exist — you have tools you trust. You don't want to rip them out; you want them to work together.
  • Industry alignment — Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Healthcare, Distribution, or Field Services (see Industries).
  • Implementation owner — at least one technical or operations lead who can review integrations, releases, and rollout scope.
  • Comfortable with v1 — happy to shape rough edges, not waiting for the polished v3.
