Does NexliOne EDI support X12 and EDIFACT standards?
Yes. X12 and EDIFACT are both supported, alongside custom flat-file formats for non-standard partners. Bidirectional flows handle inbound and outbound transactions through the same mapping engine.
Which EDI transactions does NexliOne support out of the box?
X12: 850 (PO), 855 (PO Ack), 856 (ASN), 810 (Invoice), 820 (Payment), 940 (Warehouse Shipping), 944 (Warehouse Receipt). EDIFACT: ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC. Custom mapping covers retail-specific variants and any partner-specific extensions.
How does NexliOne EDI handle trading-partner compliance?
Per-partner spec enforcement, compliance dashboards, and chargeback tracking are core. The system validates outbound transactions against the partner spec before transmission so retail compliance violations surface before they become chargebacks.
Can NexliOne EDI track and resolve retail chargebacks?
Yes. Chargeback tracking joins the chargeback record to the underlying transaction (the late ASN, the misrouted PO acknowledgement, etc.), so root cause is visible per chargeback. The same dashboard tracks chargeback aging and resolution.
Does NexliOne EDI support AS2, SFTP, and other transport protocols?
Yes. Standard EDI transports (AS2, SFTP, VAN) are supported, plus REST API for partners that prefer it. Trading-partner profiles capture the transport, encryption, and acknowledgement requirements per partner.
